How much does a renovation or extension cost?
Every project is different depending on the size, specification and structural work required. After an initial site visit we provide a detailed quotation setting out the full scope of works and costs. For a rough figure first, try the instant estimate above or our house extension cost guide.
How long does a typical renovation project take?
It depends on the complexity of the works. A typical renovation takes between 8 and 16 weeks, while larger structural refurbishments or HMO conversions can take longer. We provide a full project schedule before work begins.
Do you handle planning permission and building control?
Yes. If planning permission or Building Regulations approval is needed, we handle the drawings, submissions and coordination with the relevant authorities. Our free planning permission checker gives you an early idea.
Do you provide a full design and build service?
Yes. Ventra Projects offers a full design and build service, managing the project from the initial consultation and design through to construction and final handover.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Manchester and the wider North West. Coverage does depend on the project, so if you're outside the North West and would still like to work with us, get in touch and we'll tell you straight away whether it's within reach.
Do you provide guarantees on your work?
Yes. We provide contractual guarantees on all the work we complete, and our windows and doors come with up to a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee.
