Project timelines depend on the complexity of the works. A typical renovation may take between 8-16 weeks, while larger structural refurbishments or HMO conversions may take longer. We provide a full project schedule before work begins.
Do you handle planning permission and building control?
Yes. If planning permission or building regulations approval is required, we can assist with drawings, submissions and coordination with the relevant authorities.
Do you provide a full design and build service?
Yes. Ventra Projects offers a full design and build service, managing the project from initial consultation and design through to construction and final handover.
What areas do you cover?

Do you provide guarantees on your work?
