Most building projects go wrong in the gaps: an architect designing without sight of the budget, a builder pricing someone else's drawings, and a client stuck in the middle chasing both.
Ventra Projects was built to close those gaps. We design it, price it and build it under one contract, so the design is shaped around real, priced buildability from the first drawing, and one team is accountable for the result.
Today that covers extensions, full renovations, HMO conversions, investment refurbishment and commercial-to-residential conversions across Manchester and the North West, alongside windows & doors, networks & security and principal-contractor work on larger schemes.
More than 53 projects later the approach hasn't changed: a detailed quote before work starts, one point of contact throughout, and a project that's finished when it's signed off, not when the trades leave site.
