3. Estimators, cost guides and checkers
Our website gives general information about design and build, extensions, renovations, conversions, windows and doors, and networks and security. It isn't professional advice tailored to your property.
Our interactive tools, including the project estimators, cost guides and budget calculators, are indicative only. They use typical figures, and your actual costs and timescales will depend on your property, specification and the final scope of works.
The planning permission checker and party wall checker give an indicative answer based on general national rules. They can't take account of your property's history, local restrictions or site conditions, and they aren't a legal determination. Confirm with your local planning authority (for example through a Lawful Development Certificate) or a party wall surveyor before starting work.
Nothing on this website is a quote or an offer. Only your written quotation, following a site visit, sets out what we'll provide and what it will cost.
4. Quotes and contracts
Any quote we give is based on the information available at the time and is subject to a site visit. If you go ahead with a project, it will be covered by the written quotation and contract terms we give you, not by these website terms.
Where you agree a contract with us away from our business premises, for example at your home, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. The details will be in the contract documents we give you.
5. Photos and content
Photos of projects on this website show work by Ventra Projects unless stated otherwise. Some images, such as design visualisations, may be illustrative of a finish rather than a photograph of a completed project.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design, graphics, logos and the Ventra Projects name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you must not copy, reproduce or use our content for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
