Working from home only works if the WiFi does too. The router your internet supplier gave you is built to get you online, not to cover every floor, every device and every video call at once. Add a few smart devices, a couple of laptops and a TV streaming in the next room, and it starts to show.
A properly designed network fixes that, with dedicated access points placed for your actual layout rather than wherever the cable happened to land, so signal stays strong from the home office to the kitchen to the spare room.

This is what our network design solves before a single cable is run. Instead of the supplier's router and a couple of unreliable repeaters, we plan a dedicated access point for each floor and a switch to wire in the devices that benefit most, like your TV, games console, desktop computer and CCTV, so the install matches the green map, not the red one.

What equipment do you install?
We design and install UniFi systems: WiFi access points, network switches, CCTV cameras and door access readers, all running on one platform so the whole system is managed in one place.
Why not just use the router from my internet provider?
A supplier's router is built to get you online, not to cover several floors and dozens of devices. It usually sits wherever the incoming cable lands, and the repeaters meant to fill the gaps are unreliable. A designed network puts an access point on each floor and wires in the devices that benefit most, so coverage stays strong everywhere.
Can I see the design before anything is installed?
Yes. Every job starts with a full coverage design for your property, covering the floor-by-floor layout, WiFi coverage and camera placement. The online estimate includes producing that design, and we confirm the exact quote for the works once it's complete.
Does the price include running new cables?
The online estimate assumes usable cabling is already in place, with an optional allowance if cables need terminating. If new cable runs are needed we'll confirm the cost after seeing the property. On a Ventra build or renovation, cabling is planned in alongside the rest of the works.
Can I watch my CCTV from my phone?
Yes. Cameras are recorded and reviewable from one app, so you can check entrances, driveways and communal areas wherever you are.
Do you work on HMOs and commercial sites as well as homes?
Yes. We install for homes, HMOs and small commercial sites. Door access control with fobs or app entry and an access log is particularly useful for shared and commercial buildings.
