A full Design and Build project completed for another investor client. This was a massive property that was converted into 6 bedrooms. We completed a fully compliant loft conversion, dropped the SF floor level to ensure enough headroom. Removed the chimney breasts and installed structural steel support. Installed a new staircase. Finishing the property to a high standard with kitchenettes in each of the rooms essentially making mini studio flats.
