A full design and build project for an investor client: a large property converted into six bedrooms. We completed a fully compliant loft conversion, lowering the floor level to give enough headroom, removed the chimney breasts and installed structural steel, and fitted a new staircase. The property was finished to a high standard with a kitchenette in each room, effectively making mini studio flats.
